Yes, we maintain a brokerage license to meet State requirements.  However, the agents we recommend are not licensed under our brokerage.  We recommend agents from many leading real estate brokerages.

Our regulatory department will investigate the claims and make a decision whether it is appropriate or not to remove the agent from our program.

Yes, we offer a marketing service for top performing agents.  However, each agent is pre-screened and monitored to ensure the value of our service.  We do not recommend just any agent based on their ability to pay a fee.
